The challenge: unlocking growth without operational friction

Fisher German is a multi-office commercial property consultancy operating across Bedford, Birmingham, London, Doncaster, Knutsford, Liverpool, Manchester and Worcester. Their Agency, Lease Advisory and Investment teams serve institutional investors, funds, REITs and private owners.

As the business looked to grow its transactions team and operate as a truly modern agency, their existing system was holding them back.

Their existing legacy CRM was not widely adopted was not widely adopted. It felt clunky and disconnected. Enquiries were not consistently flowing into one central location. Disposals had to be added multiple times to publish across different feeds. Data quality varied, limiting oversight of performance and operations.

Admins were manually reviewing enquiries. Agents did not always have full visibility. Reporting required time-consuming spreadsheet work, particularly when analysing enquiries by sector or location.

The system was adding administrative burden rather than reducing it.

The transformation: one connected platform powering every team

Fisher German implemented Kato across all teams at once, completing the rollout within two months.

All disposals and enquiries were migrated from existing CRM, including 42,000 historic enquiries. The shift required a change in working practices. Agents began reviewing and responding to enquiries directly within Kato. Regional champions were appointed to drive adoption, supported by hands-on customer success and structured training.

With Kato connected to their website and publishing portals, disposals are now created once and pushed live across all relevant feeds. Enquiries from every source are centralised into a single, trackable workflow.

In the first six months alone, 2,500 leads were received through Kato, with 90% responded to directly within the system. 85% of Pro users were active monthly, and 491 disposals were published through Kato, demonstrating strong adoption and immediate operational impact.
