What makes Atlas different from other comparables platforms?

Atlas is purpose-built for agencies. Data comes directly from the agents completing the deals, giving a more accurate and timely view of the market. Because Atlas sits within existing workflows, transactions are captured at source, peer-verified across both sides of the deal, and published without double-keying. The result is a reliable, first-party dataset designed specifically for lease and sale comparables.

Who contributes to Atlas?

Leasing and investment agents contribute their transactions and availability data. Contribution is required to access the wider pool of market data.

What data powers Atlas?

Atlas combines agent-submitted transactions with EG Radius historic deals, EIG Auctions data and exclusive research from PMA.

How do I contribute my data?

You can contribute in three ways:

  • Via Kato workflows — publish to Atlas in one click
  • Spreadsheet upload — our onboarding team imports your schedules
  • API integration — for Agency Pilot or proprietary CRM systems
What data does Atlas include?

Lease and sale transactions, with live disposals being added shortly after launch. Mandatory fields ensure consistent quality and support Atlas Rankings based on deal volumes and values.

How is data quality maintained?

Atlas uses a data-at-source approach supported by automated validation, anomaly detection and timeliness checks. Contractual standards ensure firms contribute a representative volume of their annual transactions with the required fields.

How is confidential information protected?

Transactions under NDA should not be published. Users can mark deals as confidential or hide specific fields when publishing. Personal data that isn’t GDPR-compliant is automatically excluded.

What can I search for?

At launch, Atlas supports searches for letting and sale transactions. Live disposals will be added shortly after. You can filter by completed or available deals.

How do I access Atlas?

Visit atlas.kato.app and log in using your Kato credentials. New users will receive login details from the Kato team.

How do I search for data?

Search via the Atlas search bar, draw a custom polygon, or browse using the interactive map. Pre-populated locations include towns, markets, submarkets, local authorities and building addresses.

How do I create reports or save searches?

You can export full results or selected comparables to Excel. Searches—including custom polygons and filters—can be saved for quick access, with email alerts planned post-launch.
