Customer Support Executive

We're a fast growing exciting PropTech (property tech) company. We’re backed by industry-leading VC’s, investors, entrepreneurs and advisors. We provide an all-in-one online platform for all involved within the commercial property sector. With almost half of the UK’s commercial property agents using our services, we’re looking for a confident individual to expand our brilliant team.

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Customer team. Our team offers online training, support, bespoke service to all our users and our team takes pride in our clients loving our product.
This would be a great opportunity for anyone with experience in a customer facing role, with customer support experience and someone looking to take the next step in their career. The role is varied, exciting and will evolve as you become an integral part of the team; working in a fast paced environment.
The Role
As a Customer Support Executive you will work alongside the team across a number of tasks and responsibilities:
• online and over the phone support with our clients
• working with clients to ensure they get the most out of our product
• developing opportunities for our sales teams to connect with users in the market
• training new users on how to use the product
• working with our engineering team to resolve technical issues
• testing new features before they are rolled out to customers
Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the Prop-Tech (or “Prop”) market. Through our onboarding programme you will gain a full and comprehensive understanding of the products and be able to communicate to our users and the market.
Our customer teams work collaboratively, and really are team players. We’d love you to be confident when working independently and enjoy working in a team. Delivering top class service to our customers is really important to us, so execution, attention to detail, and striving for excellence are all really key.
In addition to the core part of the role, we really appreciate our customer team going the extra mile:
• staying ahead of the curve in the commercial property sector and what is going on with our customers so we can strive to meet their needs
• regular check ins and meetings with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and maximum value added from our product
• reporting and analysis to provide insights into account growth, looking out for opportunities for upselling to contribute to MRR (monthly recurring revenue)
We want to make sure it is going to be a good fit for us and you, so we’d like to ensure you have a few qualities which we look for in all our team
• excellent time-management skills
• strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
• passionate about customer service and delivering friendly, professional support
• tech-savvy problem solver with a knack of picking things up and running with them

• pro-active, interested in more than a ‘typical’ office job
• fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
We’re really passionate about building a team from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. We’d really like to ensure you have some experience in a customer service environment. Ideally this would be:
• at least 2 years experience in a business-to-business environment
If you had any of the below, that would be a huge bonus (but don’t worry, not essential)!
• experience working for a software company or similar - or be really tech savvy!
• industry knowledge of the property sector
• experience working with CRM software (Hubspot or similar)
• experience communicating with customers via a live chat experience (Intercom or similar)
• experience conducting training sessions
• experience of working closely with key accounts and offering bespoke service

UX/UI Designer

Our Product: Collaborating closely with clients, industry leaders, and our strategic investors, we've developed a digital commercial real estate ecosystem used by approximately 80% of the UK's commercial real estate market. This platform stands on the pillars of trust, security, and transparency, offering a singular solution that encompasses all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction, including marketing, matching, tracking, reporting, negotiating, signing, and closing deals.

The Role
We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing Design team, helping us deliver exceptional user experiences as we expand and evolve. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual and interaction design of our products, bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions. This is a great opportunity to contribute to Kato’s journey to becoming a leading brand in the real estate industry while developing your skills in a dynamic environment.
Day to day, you will:
- Produce user journey maps, user flows and prototypes as well as conducting user research interviews as integral parts of the design process
- Contribute to our Design System in accordance with Kato brand guidelines
- Uphold the standard of a great user experience and help to maintain consistency of the UI across the application
- Create unique and visually stunning UI
- Perform Acceptance Testing for frontend changes
The ideal candidate will have:
- You can effectively articulate and communicate your design decisions
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, process, and outcomes for both UX and UI.
- Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- You will have the ability to handle a wide range of projects, from ambiguous to well-defined, simple to complex.
- Ability to show a high level of autonomy in the role.
