Marketing Executive
Who we’re looking for:
A creative, tech-savvy marketer with some B2B experience.

Kato is a fast-growing PropTech company backed by industry-leading VC’s. We’re transforming commercial real estate and aiming to become the global platform for property transactions.
The Role:
Join Kato and play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts. You’ll collaborate with various teams, gain wide-ranging marketing experience, and take on increasing responsibility. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves demand generation and is eager to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Champion brand strategy (visual identity, tone of voice)
- Lead generation and brand awareness
- Content creation (including video)
- User communications (engagement, upsells, release notes, training resources)
- Audience communications (campaigns, social media, emails)
- Ads management and analytics
- Marketing website updates and press releases
- Copywriting and proofreading
- Creating cross-team collateral (pitch decks, presentations)
- Stakeholder engagement
About You:
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience
- Excellent attention to detail and writing skills
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Positive and empathetic
- Ability to prioritise and execute in a dynamic environment
Bonus Points:
- Worked at a high-growth start up
- Software marketing experience
- Property sector experience
- Skills in design, layout, or motion animation
- Data and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree (any subject)

Specifics
- Located in our Soho, London HQ office
- Standard hours 9-5.30pm, M-F, with flexibility for ad-hoc hours
