The system is operated by Get Least Limited (and its group companies) (we, us, our, ai) a technology company operating in Bracknell and London and its offices at 3rd Floor, 49 Carnaby Street, London, W1F 9PY and The Lightbox, Willoughby Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 8FB and we are the “data controller” (i.e. the company which decides the means and purpose for the processing of your personal data).

We automatically collect and share non-personal, aggregated data with Google such as location, language, log-in details and browser/device information in order to deliver the service to you, including to facilitate user log-ins . This information that is collected and processed is anonymous and therefore not used to develop a personal profile for you.

    1. As set out above, if you are an individual and give permission for us to do so, we may send you marketing emails about offers or services which may be of interest to you. You will have the option to opt-out at the point of sign-up to our Website and unsubscribe with each email communication.
    2. If you are a company or business organisation, you will receive marketing emails from us relating to offers or services which may be of interest to you. If you would rather not receive these, then please email us at help@kato.app

      4. to make a complaint to a data protection regulator.

Please be aware that, although we endeavour to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

    1. Our servers are called Amazon Web Services and located in the European Union. This is where all information we collect is held.
  1. CHANGES
    1. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
  1. REPORTING PRIVACY COMPLAINTS OR PRIVACY INCIDENTS
