We’re excited to announce that Kirkstone, a commercial property consultancy providing specialist advice and services to clients throughout Scotland, have chosen Kato as their primary agency system, to speed up workflows so they can focus on getting deals done.

Kirkstone started out providing commercial agency and management services, and have since expanded into business sales. They are fast becoming the go-to agents, simply due to their reach in the market and service they provide.

To help enable them to provide the rapid service levels their clients seek, Kirkstone have partnered with Kato to stream and fast-track their daily workload. Automating the creation of microsites for clients enables them to showcase their instructions on a bespoke, mobile-optimised website dedicated to providing all the key information. This speeds up the transaction process by helping applicants make informed decisions faster.
